The Organic Cost Share Program applications are due by Dec. 8.
The program increased back up to 75 percent, with a maximum payment of $750 per scope, on eligible expenses receipted between Oct. 1, 2022 and Sep. 30, 2023.
How to apply:
- Mail a paper application and supporting documentation to: DATCP-DAD, Organic Cost Share Program, P.O. Box 8911 Madison, WI 53708-8911
- Email your application and supporting documentation to: datcporganiccostshare@wi.gov
- Complete the online form from your phone or computer: https://form.jotform.com/231435431816149
- Supporting documentation can be sent in with your application or sent at a later date. If your certifier sends DATCP supporting documentation, then you only need to complete the application form.
