The average price received by farmers for corn during November 2023 in Wisconsin was $4.40 per bushel
according to the latest USDA, National Agricultural Statistics Service – Agricultural Prices report. This was
40 cents below the October price and $1.68 below November 2022.
The November 2023 average price received by farmers for soybeans, at $12.80 per bushel, was 40 cents above the October price but $1.20 below the November 2022 price.
The November average oat price per bushel, at $3.34, was 63 cents below October and $1.27 below November 2022.
All hay prices in Wisconsin averaged $184.00 per ton in November. This was $16.00 above the October price and $11.00 above the November 2022 price. The November 2023 alfalfa hay price, at $196.00, was $13.00 above the previous month and $13.00 above November 2022. The average price received for other hay during November was $140.00 per ton. This was $7.00 above the October price and $24.00 above November last year.
The average price for milk was $19.80 per cwt, 40 cents above the October price but $4.20 below November 2022.
