Jefferson County Fair Announces Theme & Contest

The 171st Jefferson County Fair is July 10-14. For a week every summer folks from all over gather to celebrate the history and cultural diversity of their home in Southern Wisconsin.

Supported by a long tradition featuring county youth and community-wide involvement, this fair, full of education and entertainment, has created lasting memories for countless people.

This year’s star-spangled theme is Red, White, and Blue: This fair is for you!

Jefferson County Fair Poster Competition

This competition is for Wisconsin artists passionate about the Jefferson County Fair. Artists are asked to submit a color sketch for the inaugural Jefferson County Fair Poster Competition. The champion poster will be the official poster for the 2024 Jefferson County Fair. Submissions are due to the Fair Park no later than April 8 at 3 p.m. See more information and contest rules: www.jcfairpark.com

The Jefferson County Fair features one of the largest animal exhibitions in Wisconsin, hosting an average of 1,000 animals in five action-packed days. It’s a full 89 acres of fun, interesting attractions, and special events celebrating agricultural history and diverse culture in South Central Wisconsin. This year will feature a rodeo, truck pull, antique tractor parade, and demolition derby.
