Wisconsin placed third in the 102nd National 4-H Dairy Cattle Judging Contest at World Dairy Expo. The team consisted of Stella Kamm, Sophia Kamm, Lilly Peterson, and Makayla Weyer, coached by Ellis Frank. Wisconsin also excelled in the Reasons category, earning second place with 664 points.
Individually, Lilly Peterson from Wisconsin tied for third in Reasons with a score of 228. Sophia Kamm followed closely in ninth place with 221 points.
New York took first overall, while Florida came in second by just six points. Wisconsin, Maryland, and Indiana rounded out the top five.
