Heritage Fest 2024 is quickly coming up on Saturday, September 7th. This large community event is a true showcase of our mission – allowing all ages to experience nature and history through hands-on fun. Over the past year, we have reached new audiences for our community events and educational programming, and we look forward to this event being an opportunity for many new people to experience all that the park has to offer.
Heritage Fest is only possible thanks to the many dynamic volunteers that bring it to life. We still have many volunteer roles that need to be filled, specifically:
- wagon loaders
- children’s games
- antique objects
- corn grinder
None of these roles need any specific skill or experience. All you need is a friendly attitude!
