The PDP Dairy Insights Summit will bring together thought leaders and trailblazers to connect the dots and help dairy industry stakeholders chart a path forward.
The program will be held on Dec. 11 at the Madison Marriott South in Madison. Registration begins at 9 a.m. The summit runs from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dairy producers, industry professionals, processors, policymakers, educators, and other key leaders are all invited to participate.

Led by Charlie Arnot, CEO of the Center for Food Integrity, and Kevin Ryan, founder and CEO of Malachite Strategy and Research. They will outline the impact of consumers’ shifting expectations for transparency, responsibility, and innovation on the dairy industry, and discuss strategies to meet new demands.
Technology in action: lessons from dairy’s past and future
This panel discussion with industry experts, moderated by Charlie Arnot, will lead a deep dive into two case studies of dairy industry innovations that saw very different long-term outcomes. The session will explore the lessons learned regarding new product advancements.
Show me the money
Led by Dr. Ed Seifried, PhD, professor emeritus of Economics and Business at Lafayette College, will apply an economic lens to the future of dairy demand. He’ll shed light on how to translate dairy’s premium products into long-term, sustained profitability.
