Tee Off for Soy: Clean Fuels Classic Returns July 28

The Clean Fuels Soybean Classic is back this summer, bringing together farmers, partners, and supporters for a fun day of golf with a purpose. Hosted by the Wisconsin Soybean Association (WSA) in partnership with Clean Fuels Alliance America, the second annual event takes place Monday, July 28, 2025, at the Evansville Golf Club in Evansville, Wisconsin.

Registration opens at 11 a.m., with a shotgun start scheduled for noon. A dinner will follow at 5 p.m. The cost is $100 per golfer or $400 for a four-person team, which includes 18 holes of golf, a cart rental, a meal, and also drink tickets.

“Last year’s inaugural Clean Fuels Classic was a great success,” said WSA President Doug Rebout. “We’re excited for its return to the beautiful golf course in Evansville. This event is a great way to raise money to continue our efforts in supporting our farmers.”

The outing supports WSA’s advocacy efforts on behalf of Wisconsin’s nearly 17,000 soybean farmers. These efforts include work at both the state and national level to ensure a strong future for agriculture.

All proceeds benefit WSA, a farmer-led organization focused on helping soybean growers through proactive advocacy. Registration is open now and closes Tuesday, July 1.

“We’re excited to once again team up with Clean Fuels Alliance America, who we’ve had a great partnership with over the years,” said Rebout. “We work together promoting biodiesel, renewable diesel, and also sustainable aviation fuel, which in turn helps support Wisconsin’s soybean farmers.”

Clean Fuels Alliance America supports sustainable fuel industries and leads programs in technical support, advocacy, and market development.
