T.U.G.S. Tackles Mental Health Stigma

Even big ships need a little help sometimes.

The message for rural Wisconsin from Jeff Ditzenberger, who leads a mental health resource based in Green County, is that it’s okay to talk about your feelings. Jeff leads T.U.G.S., an acronym that stands for Talking, Understanding, Growing and Supporting.

He says that T.U.G.S. was originally created for men and farmers to open up about the struggles they are facing. He says they are now accepting calls worldwide, and working to tackle the mental health stigma that exists today.
