Southwest Wisconsin Technical College is beginning the search for its next president. College officials are inviting the public to play a key role in the process.
A Community Listening Session will be held on Friday, Oct. 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m., via Zoom. Community members are encouraged to attend and share their thoughts on the qualities and priorities that should guide the college’s next leader. The session can be accessed using this Zoom link: https://swtc.zoom.us/j/91312701755?pwd=YTTYrKjtCw6oa0vhRhkTIZGebxU0r3.1#success
Public input gathered during the session will directly shape the leadership profile used to recruit presidential candidates.
“It is a valuable opportunity to ensure the college’s next president reflects the needs, hopes, and priorities of the communities it serves,” the college says.
Southwest Tech encourages students, staff, alumni, business leaders, and local residents to take part in shaping the future of the college.
