
Sheep dairy producers will be exhibiting their varieties of dairy sheep and showing guests how to milk sheep. Producer and processor members will be helping staff the booth. They will be offering samples and selling the delicious sheep milk cheeses from Carr Valley Cheese, Cedar Grove Cheese, Hidden Springs Creamery, Hook’s Cheese and Landmark Creamery, as well as Maple Hill Farm sheep milk soaps and gift boxes.
Also, University of Wisconsin-Madison professor, Dr. Sarah Adcock, and her graduate student, Andre Aguiar Zambon, will provide a presentation about mastitis research they conducted on our members’ farms and will provide the results of a survey they conducted about dairy sheep operations.

Sheep cheese is great in everything from mac and cheese to charcuterie! Karen Nielsen, the Organizational Manager of the Sheep Dairy Association of Wisconsin, shares the health and flavor benefits of sheep cheese.
