Santa Claus to Visit Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center

The Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, in partnership with the dairy farm families of Manitowoc County and the Manitowoc County Dairy Promotion Committee, is excited to once again host “Milk and Cookies with Santa”. The annual event will welcome Santa Claus on Saturday, December 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, several changes have been made to the event to ensure attendee safety. Santa will be seated outside on his sleigh, with hay bales surrounding to provide for photo opportunities. Social distancing will be practiced, and no children will be able to sit directly on Santa’s lap. Kids are still encouraged to write a letter to Santa and bring it with to deliver at the event.

All attendees will receive a cookie and milk while visiting with Santa, courtesy of the Manitowoc County Dairy Promotion Committee. Along with refreshments, the promotion committee will also be providing fun children’s activities during the event.

The Milk and Cookies with Santa event is open to all and does not require paid admission to Farm Wisconsin to participate. After visiting with Santa, enjoy free kids’ admission to Farm Wisconsin when accompanied by an adult with a paid admission.

Farm Wisconsin is open weekly Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Regular admission rates range from $8 for youth 18 and younger to $16 for adults. Family memberships provide free admission for a year, as well as other benefits, and cost $80. More information—including expanded holiday hours—can be found at farmwisconsin.org.
