The event kicks off on Tuesday, April 14 with multiple networking gatherings. On Wednesday, April 15, a morning of learning flows into a jam-packed trade show on CheeseExpo’s largest-ever exhibit floor. This is showcasing booths from trusted dairy industry supplier partners. On Thursday, April 16, CheeseExpo brings with another day of exhibits, educational seminars, and events honoring excellence in dairy processing, including the elegant World Champions Awards Banquet.

Attendees can choose from a Full Registration pass for complete access to CheeseExpo’s exhibits, seminars, and networking events, or a Single Day Registration for Wednesday, April 15 or Thursday, April 16. CheeseExpo 2026 expands into the larger, state-of-the-art Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. An unprecedented array of exhibits from around the globe will fill the 285,000-square-foot trade show floor, including the all-new Partners in Innovation Pavilion, the Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest, and a hands-on Cheese Grading Workshop.
