State Representative Travis Tranel and State Senator Howard Marklein awarded a Wisconsin State Legislative Citation to Robert Pohle. It was presented in recognition of his nearly 15 years of dedicated volunteer service with the Cassville Rescue Squad. It also recognized his unwavering commitment to the residents of Cassville and the surrounding townships.
Pohle began volunteering with the Cassville Rescue Squad in August 2011 and served as an Emergency Medical Technician. Throughout his tenure, he ensured the squad remained inspection-ready, managed medical equipment and supplies. He completed monthly inspections, advocated for rural EMS and helped train fellow volunteers on new equipment. His dedication and leadership helped strengthen emergency medical services for the community.
“Robert’s years of selfless service have made a lasting difference for the people of Cassville and the surrounding area,” said Rep. Tranel. “His commitment to protecting others and supporting his fellow first responders is an example of the volunteer spirit that makes our rural communities strong. Senator Marklein and I are honored to recognize his outstanding service and congratulate him on his well-earned retirement.”
The legislative citation was presented at the Cassville Rescue Squad’s 45th Annual Dance. It recognizes Pohle’s distinguished service and celebrates his retirement following his many years of volunteer emergency medical service and advocacy.
