Equity Cooperative Livestock Sales Association is pleased to announce the promotion of Jenny Swenson to office manager at the cooperative’s Sparta location. Jenny started with Equity Cooperative Livestock in November 2015 as an Office Assistant and has broaden her market knowledge and experience by learning additional responsibilities as an Auction Clerk, Dock-In Clerk, and Weighmaster.
She lives on a hobby farm outside of Sparta with her husband Matthew and their four boys, Jeffarey, Karson, Quintin and Oliver. Jenny is also an active First Responder.
As an Office Manager, Jenny will oversee all the office functions at the Sparta market, including the Dock-In and Auction Clerks. Jenny transitioned into her new role on Monday, November 29, 2021, with the retirement of Cindy Knutson after 25 years of service.
