The Supreme Exhibitor award is based on a junior exhibitor’s overall achievements at the 2024 Fair from points earned participating in the Junior Boer Goat show, Quiz contest, Communication contest, and Showmanship.
Wisconsin State Fair congratulates Josie Mitchell as its 2024 Boer Goat Supreme Exhibitor.
Mitchell began her involvement with Boer goats with the help of a good friend that sparked her interests and helped to make her dreams a reality. As an exhibitor for the past six years, she has exhibited both Boer goats and dairy goats.
Mitchell is currently a junior at UW-Oshkosh with the plans to become a nurse anesthesiologist after she graduates. One thing that she looks forward to each year at Wisconsin State Fair is seeing friends from all over the state.
