Leadership Transition For REAP Food Group

REAP Food Group has announced that Dr. Phil Kauth has amicably resigned from his role of Executive Director of REAP Food Group. REAP staff and board members are grateful for Phil’s years of leadership. While this transition will result in a leadership change as REAP staff member Noah Bloedorn takes on the role of Interim Executive Director, there will be no major changes to our programmatic work or working relationships.

Over his eight year tenure with REAP, Noah has played a key role in coordinating and designing events, managing the Farm Fresh Atlas, and fostering collaboration among local farmers, businesses, and organizations. His work with REAP coincided with both his undergraduate and graduate studies at UW-Madison, where he explored the intersections of food, policy, and community development. Today, he helps lead the Dane County Food Action Plan as well as the Dane County Food Collective. Noah looks forward to picking up where Phil left off and building REAP’s relationship with our partners.
