Junior entries for the 2025 Wisconsin State Fair are now open. Exhibitors can find all junior entry information, including rules and schedules, on the official website.
The deadlines to keep in mind are:
- May 21, 2025, by 7 p.m. (Central Time): Regular fee online entries close.
- May 28, 2025, by 5 p.m. (Central Time): Late online entries close with a $130 late fee per exhibitor. No additional entries will be accepted after this time.
New for 2025, be sure to check for important updates on the website. One key change is that sign-ups for the Communications and Quiz contests must be completed at the time of entry. There will be no on-site or walk-up registrations for these contests.
Additionally, all junior exhibitors who are showing livestock or small animals at the Fair must be YQCA certified at the time of entry. This certification must stay active through the Fair, which runs through August 10, 2025.
When registering for YQCA, use your full legal name and record the YQCA certificate number. This number will be required when completing your online junior entries.
