Dairy Summit will take place at 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on November 18. The event will be hosted at UW-River Falls and live streamed. Summit is dedicated to sharing aspirations and outcomes from work funded by the Dairy Innovation Hub. Hub events are free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required.
In-person & virtual: The sixth annual Dairy Summit showcases the Hub’s newest projects in a public-friendly format, with a live virtual option. Sessions will also be posted to YouTube.
Workforce development: A dedicated session will highlight students at all levels who have benefited from Hub-supported research, grants, and networking opportunities.
Tours: Afternoon small-group tours will feature the UW–River Falls Dairy Pilot Plant, Meat Plant, and Humane Handling Institute, with emphasis on Hub-funded research and facilities. The event concludes by 4:30 p.m.
