Help provide today’s interns with the support they need to be successful in tomorrow’s agriculture industry. A one-day program presented by the Professional Dairy Producers® (PDP) will give agriculture interns the tools they need to set themselves apart and also excel after college.
PDP Accelerate is set for July 24, 2024, in Madison, Wisconsin. It will include a full day of interactive, hands-on programming to enhance a summer internship program.
Trainer Michael Hoffman will help participants build knowledge and confidence to step up their game as they pursue careers in the agriculture industry. Through group activities and conversation, attendees will walk away with:
- Ability to start a conversation, build rapport with others
- Understand how to utilize technology to their advantage in the job market
- Confident body language to become more “hireable”
- Understanding varying personalities to be a strong team player
- Convey and receive meaningful feedback
- Expanded professional network of peers
