Cottage Grove, WI and Franksville, WI – ALCIVIA and Franksville Market, LLC jointly announced that they have agreed to terms for the sale of ALCIVIA’s Franksville convenience store (C-store) to Franksville Market, LLC and have executed a purchase agreement. The closing date of the sale of the convenience store, located at 10616 Northwestern Ave in Franksville, WI, is April 28, 2023.
“Nearly two years ago we partnered with the same ownership group on the sale of ALCIVIA’s Markesan, WI C-store. Since the sale, they have achieved great success by improving the store while serving the Markesan community. We are excited to have another opportunity to work with them on the sale of our Franksville C-store, and how that facility will continue to service the community in Franksville,” said Jim Dell, ALCIVIA CEO and President. “ALCIVIA continues to execute our strategic vision through ongoing investments in our core businesses that service and benefit our members, while introducing innovative solutions, new products and services, and improving operational efficiencies. We have experienced growth and success at all our stores, and we look forward to the same in Franksville while we service the community for many years to come.”
