Eggers to Keynote Dairy Strong

The Dairy Business Association announced Jeff Eggers as the keynote speaker for the 2025 Dairy Strong conference, scheduled for Jan. 15-16 in Green Bay at the KI Convention Center.

Eggers, a top policy advisor, best-selling author, and expert in organizational performance, will bring extensive experience to the event. Formerly the executive director of the McChrystal Group Leadership Institute, he has over 20 years of expertise leading strategic initiatives for the White House, Department of Defense, and U.S. Navy.

In his keynote, Eggers will share insights on how farmers and businesses can adapt to change and foster innovation to tackle challenges. “Human beings are innately resistant to change. Yet we’re in one of the most transformative periods in history, and farming is no exception,” Eggers said. “Business owners must learn to fight complacency, embrace rapid change, and drive innovation.”

Drawing from history, compelling stories, and company case studies, Eggers will offer strategies for business survival in the 21st century.
