Dodge County Dairy Brunch To Be Hosted By Plum Creek Dairy

The Dodge County Dairy Promotion Committee will be holding their 45th Annual Dairy Brunch at Plum Creek Dairy, W8998 Laurel Hill Road Fox Lake, on Sunday, June 1st, 2025.

In 2017 Abe, Luke and Roy Lemmenes purchased the original 450 milking cow facility located in Waupun. Then in December of 2020, they purchased what is now Plum Creek Dairy in Fox Lake. Plum Creek Dairy currently milks 2,000 cows in a double thirty-two parallel parlor. The original milking facility is now home to their heifer raising facility.  They have made many updates to make things run more efficiently at the new dairy. For example, in 2024 they added a sand separating system, which can be seen at the dairy brunch. Besides Plum Creek Dairy, the Lemmenes Family also owns and operates Lemmenes Custom Farms, specializing in forage harvesting and manure application.

The brunch will be served from 9am until 12:30pm. The menu includes: Scrambled Eggs w/Ham & Cheese, Pancakes, Deep Fried Cheese Curds, Assorted Cheeses, Milk, Juice, and Ice Cream. Tickets are sold at the door only and there are no carry-outs available. On-site parking will be available. More information will be provided as the brunch gets closer.

Proceeds from the brunch go towards the committees annual scholarship program, the Dairy Ambassador program and fulfilling the needs of other organizations in the county to promote dairy products and the dairy industry.
