Dairy Teams Raise Over $51,000 for Education and Outreach

A friendly competition between two dairy teams recently wrapped up, raising $51,655 to support key programs in the dairy industry.

The funds will help grow educational efforts, sustainability work, and community outreach programs that benefit farmers and consumers alike.

This was part of the eighth annual “Plant a Seed, Inspire a Dream” campaign, which brings the dairy community together. Two teams—“Moo-lah Makers,” from Dairy’s Foundation Board, and “Udderly Unstoppable,” from the Professional Dairy Producers (PDP) Board—led the charge.

They inspired donations both online and in person at the 2025 PDP Business Conference in Madison, Wisconsin. This year’s campaign also received a big boost from four industry heroes: Pipping Concrete, Ag Country Farm Credit Services, Mullins Cheese, and CP Feeds. These generous partners matched every dollar donated, doubling the impact of each contribution.

“We appreciate the hard work of volunteers and donors who give back to the industry they love,” said Brian Forrest, chairman of Dairy’s Foundation Board of Directors. He added, “The programming supported by Dairy’s Foundation will help strengthen communities and develop future dairy leaders.”
