The Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board is offering $1,000 scholarships to individuals who will be third or fourth-year college students or second-year short course/technical college students during the 2024-25 academic year.
Any Wisconsin resident who is currently enrolled as a full-time student at a four-year Wisconsin school or short course/technical college in Wisconsin and is pursuing a dairy-related or food science degree is eligible to apply. However, previous recipients are not eligible to apply.
All applicants are required to submit an application electronically as a PDF no later than January 26, 2024. Hand-written and/or mailed applications will not be accepted.
Applicants are evaluated on involvement and leadership in dairy-related activities, scholastic achievement and career objectives. Finalists will be interviewed, with the recipients to be recognized at the 2024 Wisconsin State Fair.
