Purina Animal Nutrition and the Land O’Lakes Foundation have reopened their annual scholarship program. This program helps students with livestock experience pursue their educational goals.
Eligible applicants include undergraduate students and high school seniors who have cared for livestock, poultry, or equine. Four students will each receive a $5,000 scholarship. Applicants must explain how animal agriculture has impacted their lives. They should also highlight academic achievements, leadership, and community involvement.
“We are excited to support students who are passionate about livestock care and committed to advancing their education,” said a Purina Animal Nutrition representative.
Applications will be accepted through April 17. Winners will be announced in June, and funds will be distributed for the Fall 2025 semester.
To qualify, high school seniors must plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school. Current undergraduate students enrolled in these institutions are also eligible.
